"All the good that has been engineered on this earth for me, you, and our communities is rooted in arm-to-arm collaboration of leaders and thought-provokers from the around world, coming together to make change. While our stories will be different, we share the same destiny-- a brighter future for our kids, grandchildren and future generations to come."

Talla Cisse is a researcher, rural development advocate and author with over seven years of experience in the development space. He believes, unapologetically, that rural communities have the skills, resources and knowledge to live full and meaningful lives. He has worked as a nonprofit leader and researcher in several countries including Mali, Ghana and Cote D’Ivoire. His writing has been published in MS Free Press, The Appeal, and The Teaching Tolerance Magazine. Most recently, he co-authored Education to Build Back Better: What Can We Learn from Education Reform for a Post-pandemic World. Talla holds a master’s in Public Administration from the Joseph R. Biden Jr. School of Public Policy & Administration, and a master’s in International Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. As a member of AGYLE, Talla hopes to support leaders and sectors across the Senegalese government to address challenges in Early Childhood development through digital solutions.
